متاح معاينة الاوردر في وجود المندوب و التأكد من اللون و المقاس
غير مسموح بطلب المنتج للتجربة فقط
لان المنتجات تصنع مخصوص بالطلب يمكن تأجيل الاستلام مع المندوب لحين التواجد في المنزل للمعاينة

في حالة وجود عيب في المنتج او وصول لون او مقاس مختلف في حالة رفض الاستلام
لا يتم استرداد مصاريف الشحن مرة اخرى
لا يوجد استبدال او استرجاع باي شكل من الاشكال في حالة مغادرة المندوب
السبيشيال اوردر بيكون لعمل مقاسات او اطوال غير اللي متاحة من الموديل
و في الحاله دي بيتم طلب الاوردر من خلال صفحتنا على الانستجرام
What is the exchange and return policy, and how to order from us?
To confirm your order
Shipping costs are only transferred to confirm the order. The order itself is paid upon receipt after the order has been inspected.
Inspection policy
You can check the order while the delivery person is present and make sure of the color and size.
It is not allowed to order a product just to try it on, because all products are made specially upon request.
You can delay receiving the order with the delivery person until you are home to inspect it.
Return policy
You can return the order only while the delivery person is still there if there is a defect in the product, or if the color or size is different from what you ordered.
If you refuse to receive the order, the shipping fees will not be refunded.
There is no exchange or return of any kind once the delivery person leaves
A special order means making sizes or lengths different from the ones available for the model.
